As the clock strikes at twelve midnight, it doesn't simple mean that a day has just passed. It means MORE than just that. It means that I have spent yet another fruitless day doing nothing. It means that I have passed yet another fruitless week of my four weeks holiday. I means that I am just left with ONE last week to school reopen. DAMN IT! Time just flies when you never even pay attention to it at all. Or should I say time is always flying?
Anyway, don’t you find human very contradicting? I mean, when you are working, you dream to be in a holiday. When you are in a holiday, you think that you would rather be working instead of rotting. Ok, maybe a lot of people are disagreeing. Or should I say when you are studying, you hope that you can earn big bucks BUT when you are earning big bucks, you hope that you can travel back in time and go back to studying? Indeed, life is all about contradicting. It makes me wonder, why people always curse the weather for being hot and not themselves for making the weather hot. I admit that I USED to complain and cursed the weather for being hot. However, one fine sunny day, when the sun was laughing at me sweating all over the place and watched me cursing it without feeling angry at all, I decided to COMPLAIN to my friend. (Well, that’s what most Singaporeans are best at.) Thus, I talked to my friend over msn and started to swear about how hot the weather is, how fucking big is the sun and etc. Instead of sympathizing me, my friend just asked me a question that makes me feel guilty.
“Why don’t you blame yourself for making the weather hot?” This question really set me into thinking. Humans always manage to push the blame away to others. Like how many countries is scolding China for producing a high quantity of greenhouse gases or poisonous gases. However, they are the one that builds factories after factories and offices after offices in China. Yet, they still can say that China is producing all those shits. Get this straight into your brain. China is still a developing country and has lots of humans living on the land. Thus, she had no choice but to let other countries build factories and offices on her land in order to create more job opportunities for her millions of citizens so that her economy will not suffer. You can say that China should pass out laws, rules and etc for the factories or offices to follow. But business is all about making BIG profits. So who will want to incur losses? The most funny part is that the factories and offices are built by countries who has had already developed and has a better economy. So technically speaking, shouldn’t they be MORE considerate? Initiatives speak at the end of the day. Well, I can only talk till here. So long people! I am wasting a lot of fossil fuels on typing and surfing net. Time for me to go off. (=
P.S: I knew I loved you by savage garden is nice. Hairspray is nice. Secret is nice. Transformer is nice. And everything is nice! (=
